A.k.a. Russell Scott Grier
Born in Babylon New York and now residing in Harlem, singer/songwriter Russell Scott Grier has been singing since his kindergarten graduation at age five. Shunned by his pastor at church for his developing bluesy voice, Grier with the push and support of his mother auditioned and landed a spot singing on the Boardwalk for the Tropicana Hotel in Atlantic City at age 13. At 18 after a year at Cheyney University, Grier headed to New York City to pursue his singing career and since has lent his voice and writing abilities to back various acts in entertainment. In 2001 Grier was featured on a dance track recording entitled 'The things that you do' that was a hit in Europe. Currently, Russell Scott Grier is working on his R&B/Pop solo release.
