Spanish dramaturgue and Zarzuela librettist (Malaga, 1857 - Madrid, 1923). He wrote many works along with Miguel De Palacios, as "Bohemios" (with music by Amadeo Vives, 1904) or "La Corte de Faraón" (with music by Vicente Lleó, 1910).
