Having written with such artists as INXS and Richard Clapton, Guy did his musical apprenticeship in the Hotels and Clubs of Sydney and Canberra with original band "Lie Detectors". Signing to WEA Records for his debut release "The Byte" Guy then relocated to LA in the early 90's to write. Guy returned to Oz and released his follow up album "Pool of Reflections" gaining global attention as being the first interactive CD ever released. Working with INXS guitarist Tim Farris proved to be a successful partnership as the duo went on to write theme songs for both the "NBL Summer Campaign" and the Channel 9 TV series "Our Century". Guy has collaborated with Richard Clapton on numerous projects including "Obsession" off the "Diamond Mind" album and "Calling for You" off the "Definitive Anthology" album. Never one to shy away from a challenge Guy stood up to the plate when asked to record the Eagles Hit for World Champion Surfer Layne Beachley's DVD of the same name "Life in the Fast Layne" in 2005. In November 2006 Guy worked with Brain Cadd & Producer Steve James at Byron Bay's "Rocking Horse Studios" on 5 tracks written with guitarist Leigh McQuinn. Most day's you will find Guy tucked away in his newly refurbished recording studio "Elysian Fields" (meaning Heaven) on the Mid North Coast of NSW where he Producers and Records projects for bands and solo performers alike.
