Gwyn hails from Llandegfan and has been one of the main springs of Beaumaris Band after first blowing a cornet as a seven year old youngster. After a period in college where he had the opportunity to play with some of the most prominent bands in Britain, he returned to Anglesey to follow in his father’s footsteps as conductor of Beaumaris Band.
