Experimental electronic project using the sound of manipulated hard-drives. HD started with Kai Kraatz and Mik@. Other involved Artist were Sascha Bondzio (D) and Ismael Sanojar DR (Ven) . "The sound of the Hard Disk is produced by the motor and the arm mechanism. the engine sound is more powerfull and the tuning can be changed by slowing down the speed of the drive with a finger. Be careful, especialy with old Hard Disks this can be dangerous. The soud of the arm movement is rythmic, like a short tick. By using effects or other sound technology it is possible to create an endless variety of sounds." [Description from HP page]
