Norwegian politician and musician, born 1945 in Ål. Berg was a member of the Norwegian parliament (Stortinget) from 1977 until 2001, representing the conservative party Høyre. Berg has also been involved in the Norwegian traditional music scene since the 60's and is an accomplished performer on the willow flute and jew's harp.
