Halm is a country/americana band from Umeå, Sweden, that was formed in 2009. The members Johanna Sandgren (banjo & vocals), Lisa Johansson (guitar, piano, mandolin & vocals) and Maja Lundgren (upright bass & vocals) met as 13 year olds and have since then developed their sound through the years together with William Eriksson (electric guitar) and Gustav Nestander (drums). Country music was nothing but an uncompromising and natural way to go and after 9 years of touring and writing they released their first full-length album "Raised By The Fire" in 2017.
