Lyricist, composer, writer, theatre owner, born October 19, 1903 in Vienna, Austria; died February 06, 1979 in Florida. He moved to the United States in 1932. Sometimes using the pseudonym Harry Lenk, Lengsfelder is best known for co-writing the lyrics for Juan Tizol’s “Perdido” with composer-lyricist Ervin Drake.
