CD consists of tracks by Underworld (officially licenced), fragments of an original 1933 recording of architect H.P. Berlage's speech "Kunst En Broederschap" (Art & Brotherhood) and complete re-recorded texts by Roderick Veelo. The Underworld tracks feature samples of the original recording of H.P. Berlage's speech. This CD was made to accompany an art installation by Dutch Artist Hans Van Houwelingen during a building project in the city of Uden in The Netherlands in 1997.
