Celebrated flutist Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia is one of the most eminent artists of Indian Classical Music. His consummate artistry has distinguished him as the greatest living master of the Bansuri flute acclaimed both in India and abroad. Raag Yaman is an evening and purely traditional raag. In south Indian Music it is known as Kalyani but here it is played in the North Indian style. The mood of the raag is devotional and romantic.
