A.k.a. Field Marshal Harold Rupert Leofric George Alexander, 1st Earl Alexander of Tunis
Born in London into an aristocratic family from County Tyrone of Ulster-Scots descent. He was the third son of James Alexander, 4th Earl of Caledon and the Countess of Caledon, a daughter of the 3rd Earl of Norbury. He was Governor General of Canada from 1946-1952.
