British-Born Canadian organist, choirmaster and composer, b. Yarmouth Aug 1901 d.Kamloops, BC, 29 Jan 1976. Vocal coach for Paramount Studios, New York and Hollywood in 1920s. Moved back to England in 1932 and became a prolific cinema organ player, performing on over 1000 BBC broadcasts.
