Comes in a picture sleeve. 1st pressing of 500 copies pressed on black vinyl. 3 test pressings made and came in a different, hand-made sleeve (using ruled school-book paper) and featured only 2 songs (A and B1). It should be noted that a orange/yellow vinyl version of this 7" also exists. However this record is a mistake by the pressing plant which has the Harvey Sid Fisher (TPOS112) label stuck onto a 7" by Agothecles (see TPOS 120).
