This West Coast gangsta rapper played an important role in South Central Cartel's success as one of the more recognized early- to late-'90s rap collectives to come from Los Angeles. Not to be confused with Havoc (3) from Mobb Deep. Son of Robert Lester who was a founding member of the legendary soul group The Chi-Lites.
