Side A = Mx. B-3248-7 was recorded 18 November 1908 in Camden, NJ. Side B = Mx. B-9332-2 was recorded 28 July 1910 in Camden, NJ. This record was originally released on Victor "Patents" label in November, 1910. This repressing, on Victor "Batwing" label (listing four patents and without a price notice to the left of the spindle hole), was likely released between Spring, 1918 and 1919, when Mx. B-9332-2 was retired. Several alternate releases using the same Victor catalogue number were released. These include: 1. An alternative take of Side A by the Haydn Quartet (Mx. B-3248-5), recorded on October 27, 1908. 2. An alternative take of Side B by Reinald Werrenrath (Mx. B-9332-4), recorded on February 28, 1919. 3. Two distinct takes of new recordings of side A by The Criterion Quartet (Mxs. B-23718-5 and B-23718-6), both recorded on February 6, 1920.
