A.k.a. Héctor Eugenio Pavez Casanova
Chilean singer, composer and writer, born in 1932. Composer/singer of folk songs since the 50s. He founded Conjunto Millaray with his wife, Gabriela Pizarro, in 1958, and left them in 1964. Exiled since 1973, he died in Paris in 1975. Also known as "Indio Pavez". Not to be confused with his son, the also folklore and Canto Nuevo chilean artist Héctor Pavez Pizarro, also known as "Indio Pavez" too!
