Besides making music Hendrik Luuk is working on his masterthesis on neurobiology in the University of Tartu. His day begins with attending lectures followed by half an hour of bicycling or judo practice, after which Hendrik heads to the lab where he dedicates himself to making DNA constructs for transgenic animals. After finishing his work on frogs and mice with scalpels, pipets and electricity he switches on the computer and starts to describe his proceedings in the medium of music. He is also a recording and mastering engineer at Forwards.
