Danish civil engineer, label founder and music retailer. Engineer Henning Schädler founded the late 60's to early 70's dixieland jazz store and label, CSA Records (2), as a hobby. As he became CEO of the Storyville label and later also Sonet / Dansk Grammofon A/S, he partnered with Sonet in an expansion of CSA and started the more promnent store and label Music Mecca. Between 1977 and 1979 Schädler gradually left Sonet and bought bach Sonets half of the business. Later Music Mecca started releasing as a jazz label as well. After the Music Mecca record store in Købmagergade, Copenhagen, closed in 1999, Schädler continued online distribution and releasing under the Ambia label.
