Henri Hougassian

French artist, born in Alexandropolis, Greece on February 14, 1933 to an Armenian father and a Greek mother. From a young age he started to play the Hawaiian guitar. He relocated to France in 1947, after which he perfectioned his skills playing in Indonesian orchestras from Holland. In 1952 he formed his own band of 12 musicians, with which he toured the globe.
