A.k.a. Henrik Hjalmar Cervin
Born April 3, 1934 in Årstad, Halland, died October 21, 2018 in Karl Johans district in Gothenburg, was a Swedish organist and composer. Cervin graduated from the Royal College of Music to church musicians and music teachers. He studied for Alf Linder, Flor Peeters in Mechelen and Marie-Claire Alain in Paris. Cervin was organist in the Kungsbacka parish and Falkenberg parish and the 1979-2000 cathedral organist in Gothenburg's cathedral. (He was succeeded by Bengt Nilsson). Cervin taught at organ music at the University of Music in Gothenburg and has conducted many organ concerts in different directions in Sweden and in several European countries. In the 21st century he has also held talks on the subject "What does the Bible say about the music?"
