Band,
World, Folk and Pop
Orchestra assembled by the famous automaker and inventor Henry Ford to play at his private old-time dances. According to historical accounts, Ford auditioned many different players in an attempt to recreate the bands he heard in his youth without knowing what instruments those bands were composed of. The final result was to his liking, and they were featured on 78rpm discs for several labels throughout the 1920s and 1930s.
