Born in Envigado (Colombia) 1925.11.24 Death in Envigado (Colombia) 2015.12.26 Colombian radio host, music researcher, journalist and writer especialised in tango music. Also known as "El Negro Caro" he was the host ot the radio program "Una Hora en Buenos Aires" (One hour in Buenos Aires) during 49 years (1962~2012) aired on La Voz De La Independencia, Todelar and RCN. He wrote a book about tango music entitled: "El Arca de Noé".
