Hired as Professor of Piano at the Le Havre School of Music in 1995, he was appointed at the Bordeaux National Conservatory in 1997. In 1999, Hervé N'Kaoua is chosen by the Bordeaux Urban Community and the South West daily to represent the new dynamism of the city in the cultural field. That same year he was also appointed President of the French section of the European Piano teatcher Association (EPTA). After the G.PLUDERMACHER assistant at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance of Paris, Hervé N'Kaoua was appointed in September 2008, Professor of Piano at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance of Lyon. His repertoire ranges from Bach to contemporary music (Stockhausen, Boulez, Crumb, Peter Jodlowski Francois Rosse), and includes numerous concertos (Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninoff, Brahms); He particularly likes the romantic era and regularly plays the Chopin repertoire, Brahms, Liszt and Schumann as well as French music (Debussy and Ravel).
