Hide-Zou, born November 19 1977 in Kanagawa, is a Japanese visual kei musician. During his career he as been active as a guitarist, bassist, vocalist and music composer. After playing in several minor bands since high school, Hide-Zou was guitarist of the indies band Clair De Lune from September 1997 to December 2000. After that he joined Loop Ash Records as vocalist for As'REAL. In August 2002 As'REAL disbanded and Hide-Zou joined the short-lived project S to M from September to December of the same year. In Summer 2003 he joined his current band D (18) on guitar and backing vocals, replacing former member Sin (26). After bassist レナ left D in Summer 2005, he temporarily switched to bass for live performances.
