The front cover / front of the booklet reproduces the artwork of Hideo Shiraki Meets Yuzo Kayama 加山雄三の世界 originally released on Toshiba Records TP-7135 in 1966 but shows the catalog number THCD-007 in the top right corner. The back of the booklet shows the artwork of "Shirako Meets Kayama Vol. 2" (currently not in Discogs) originally released on Toshiba Records TP-7169 in 1967 but shows the catalog number THCD-008 in the top right corner. Both reproduced front covers only have latin script. The inside of the booklet, the reproduced four panel fold-out of the original back covers and the back cover of this CD only show Japanese script. The OBI gives the artist and title as "白木秀雄 / コンプリート 加山雄三の世界 Complete Shiraki Meets Kayama" Both spines of the CD show the artist and title as "白木秀雄 / コンプリート 加山雄三の世界 Shiraki Meets Kayama Complete" which is also repeated on both discs. Yūzō Kayama does not appear on these recordings; all tracks are covers of songs he recorded.
