High Bloove started in the early nineties as Dativum. In 1999 they changed their name (which is a corruption of the German word Heißluftgenerator, the device which was heating their rehearsal room at the time). Shortly after the release of Handsome Avenue the band split up. Jakob founded a rockband called The Germans. Born took part in the Belgian version of Idols and now has a solo-project under the alias Reborn (2)
