Conceived in the grim underbelly of the motherland of Blackpool in 2005. After their initial EP was well received, work began in 2007 on a full length album. HCOM recorded their début in July/August '07 then handed the results over to me to lovingly craft into the monolithic creation it became. I primarily acted as producer, but also worked hard as a shadow fifth member, adding in all manner of electronics, drones, samples, synths, noise and filth to make the record as immense as it deserved to be. The results of this collaboration resulted in my acceptance into the HCOM fold as a full-time member and live performer, before we disbanded in early 2009.
