French rock band founded 1997 by guitar player Dominique Dépret (aka Mocke) & Armelle Pioline back from a 4-year stay in Dublin. Holden's name comes from J. D. Salinger's novel character Holden Caulfield. The band began to record their first demos in 1998 with drummer Pierre-Jean Grappin, keyboard player Evan Evans & bass player Richard Cousin.
