Holly Dolly is a fictional concept consisting of an animated donkey, started by the German mobile phone ringtone company, Jamba! (those who started the Crazy Frog concept too). Like with Crazy Frog, Holly Dolly became popular because she was covering an old tune, in this case Loituma's "Ieva's Polka".
