Holocaos was originally a project of Paulo Miranda (Cauê Miranda’s father), called at the time “Holokaos” (now he produces as “Eletromariola” www.soundcloud.com/eletromariola) created around 1993. Experimental music, keyboard, bass, simple drummachines, weird samples, everything recorded in old tapes without much resources. By 2001 Cauê reactivate the Holocaos project. Selected for the “New Talents” section in 2007 Motomix festival as open act for Black Devil Disco Club at D-edge club. Performed at minimal and alternative styles dancefloor in Universo Paralelo festival in the New Year’s Eve 2007 to 2008. Also performed in parties Aldeia Tapai, Spektro, Manifesto Eletronico, Eletronika, Cosmic Projection, Fazenda Magica, Electro4friends, Quebrando a Fome, Under_line, Earthdance, Voodoohop.. It was part of Under_line Brazilian collective of producers and djs. Holocaos plays livemix (holocaos music + loop improvisation with laptop) and djset, mixing electronic music, experimental, house, techno, electro, idm, disco, funky , acid, rock among others diverse elements, without rules. Released music in Tranzmitter Netlabel (BRA), Psicotropicodelia (BRA), Perception Corp (BRA), Proto Records(BRA), Puzzle Heads (BRA), Rainbow Socks (BRA), Hot N’ Wet (BRA), D-Edge (BRA), Paunchy Cat (BRA), Proc records (EUA), Fourth Kind Records (EUA) Beachtown Records (ALE), Nonpop records (MEX).
