From 1980 Bio: The Homegrown Vigilante Band started out as a duo. Throughout the years, additional members, including a drummer, steel guitar player, fiddle and lead guitar. In two years, Homegrown gained significant attention in the country rock arena and is now among the top country rock bands in the area. The members give special thanks to the people in and around Poplar Branch, N.C. for their support during the hard times that really helped us to keep it together.
