A.k.a. Dan Cintra Hotwire Tungsten (2)
Hopscotch was the alias the now Tungsten, (One half of the mighty Tungsten & Morph) used for the releases of his more uplifting Happy Harcore tracks. His initial Demos were sent to DJ Dougal's Essential Platinum label. Feedback & talk of a release followed & so Tungsten found himself being co-produced by Micky Skeedale & Dougal at their Northampton studio. The first release in 1995 on Essential Platinum set the vibe alight, with Hopscotch doing live P.A's at raves like Fusion, Evolution & the Club Kinetic nights. His tracks made their way onto various rave compilation LPs like 'Dance Paradise', 'United Dance' & the first of a series called 'Bonkers' mixed by Dougal, Hixxy & Sharkey. A short time later release 2 was put out on Dougal's imprint & again the response was on fire. Seduction, Vibes & Vinyl Junkie all requested Hopscotch tracks for their DJ sets.
