Argentinian playwright, writer and lyricist. Wrote more than 800 works for theatre ot TV. (1918 - 23 Jun 1999, Buenos Aires) Son of Ivo Pelay, and brother of Guillermo Pelay with whom he wrote in collaboration several theatre & TV plays. Sometimes credited with his brother as Hermanos Pelay. Father of musician and singer Monica Pelay.
