Hot was a vocal trio from Los Angeles, California, United States, formed in 1976. Its original members were Gwen Owens (born 19 June 1953), Cathy Carson (8 October 1953-26 June 2014) and Juanita Curiel (born 25 February 1953). In 1987, Hot was reborn with former members Owens and Carson and new member Sandra Starks.They reached the U.S. top ten with their 1977 single "Angel in Your Arms".
