The project was launched by mortum back in 1999. He mixed the harsh noisy Death Industrial style with the sturdy and merciless electro industrial rhythms and distorted traumatic vocals. The first unofficial name of this electro experimental act was H.O.G. but after about 2 years mortum turned that name down and picked up the Human Vault. In spite of the hard and busy creating works of mortum which resulted 3 compete full length albums and a couple of additional tracks in the eccentric and mentally damaged style of dark industrial electro, Human Vault never published officially a single track until 2007, however mortum put out a few DIY cassette albums or more likely compilations. In 2007 via websites on the Net, finally the grotesque dark industrial act presented its works but under the name of Cable Vault for the first year. After 2008, Exabyss Records released the entire discography including new material as well on CDr and CD.
