Album US 2015 on Deepdig Records label
Dance (IDM, Ambient, Industrial, Electro House)
New York musicians John Roggie and Don Peretz bring their experiences from late night R&B bands and avant-garde jazz tours of Europe, to the meticulousness of an electronica record to produce ONE. It all starts with two musicians and a click tempo to organically and improvisationally form the content and context of each track. The music grows from there. “We wanted to establish a connective performance relationship with each other as well as the listener,” explains Peretz, “putting human instrument performance substantially back into dance and electronic music to create a specific listening connection.” Humby Square can be found on a club's dance floor or in an audiophile’s comfy home chair. www.facebook.com/humbysquare humbysquare.tumblr.com
