A.k.a. Iñigo Muguruza Ugarte
Spanish musician born in Irun (Guipúzcoa,Basque Country) in 1964. Is the younger brother of the musicians Fermin Muguruza and Jabier Muguruza. Iñigo, with fourteen years, began his musical career playing in a band called Desband. Iñigo ended up leaving the group, which later became Beti Mugan. In 1984 he formed the group Kortatu with his brother Fermin and Treku Armendáriz. In 1990, he joined as second guitarist Delirium Tremens. That same year, announced the birth of a new group, which proved to be one of the most important Basque groups of 90, Negu Gorriak, formed by Iñigo, his brother Fermin and Kaki Arkarazo. In 1996, shortly before Fermin announced the dissolution of Negu Gorriak, Iñigo, along with his brother Jabier and Sergio Ordóñez, mounted the group Joxe Ripiau. During 2000 Joxe Ripiau released their latest album. In 2001 Iñigo founded a new group, Sagarroi. On March 25, 2010, after 10 years of artistic activity, the band Sagarroi decided to terminate his career.
