Band, IT
Pop and Jazz
italian band "famous" at the end of 50s, which used to perform at Santa Tecla, historic night club in Milan as Rocky Mountains Ol' Time Stompers. Shortly after the band splits forming 2 groups: The Rocky Mountains and I Campioni (The Champions) where plays a young Lucio Battisti. While I Campioni goes with rock "screamer" Tony Dallara, The Mountains find a new guitarist changing definitively name I Giullari (The Jesters). The new line-up included Giorgio Gaber (singer-guitarist), Luigi Tognoli (sax), Georgio Casellato (piano), Giancarlo Messaggi (double bass), Lino Zio Rognoni (drums), Wanna Ibba (singer for about 1 year).
