Limited edition of 100 numbered copies with notes in French and English. "Have we become the ultimate obstacle to conquer?" I8U Composed, recorded and mixed @ Infinte Space in the spring of 2002. All sound elements were derived from bridges. OBSTACLE phase 2 is a performance by I8U and gigimatique integrating sound, video and animation. OBSTACLE has been realized for PERIPHERIQUE, a net.art project curated by Nicole Gingras, produced by GIV. Fabriqué au Québec / made in Canada.
