Comes on a CDr packaged in a slim DVD case. Limited to 138 copies. The IDX1274 experiment was recorded using only randomly untuned radio devices live to 2-track, no overdubs, no multi-tracking. Random copies given away by IDX1274 contain inserted Russian noise handbills and other Russian underground music propaganda items.
