IN.SI.DIA is a thrash metal band formed in Brescia, a city located east to Milan, in 1987 under the name of Inviolacy. In 1991 the group entered the studio to record the first demo"No compromises", which was published under the moniker of Inviolacy, containing four songs in English. Due to the incredible response between fans, the band performs in clubs along whole Italy and are noticed by Omar Pedrini, which proposed the band to record a new promotional demo for Labels. In 1993 the band enters the Psycho Studio to record the first full length and decides to change his name to IN.SI.DIA. The choice is due to the will of to change the texts language, all songs are in Italian, and to have a moniker more immediate, easy to remember and that fully represent the spirit of the group. Immediately, in September '93 it is published “Istinto E Rabbia” for Polydor. In the same year they recorded the video clip for the single "Parla… Parla". The album is celebrated by critics and audiences at national and international level, and supported by a tour around Italy. In 1995 IN.SI.DIA entering the Highland Studio, Milano and recorded “Guarda Dentro Te”. Thanks to this record, the band reached the height of its success and started another two years tour. In 1997 IN.SI.DIA entered the studio to compose new songs, but the friction between components had an impact on the compositions, which were not convincing, so they decided to split. In 2011 the albums "Istinto e Rabbia" and "Guarda Dentro Te" are reprinted by Jolly Roger Records (2) because of the strong fans pressure especially from 2000s’ metal kids; clear sign that the band was never forgotten and that even in the years of inactivity the moniker IN.SI.DIA continued to add new fans among its supporters. Over the years the band is often proposed to a reunion that happened only in 2013 when they are contacted by Italian Eagle Booking Live Promotion with whom IN.SI.DIA signed an agreement for their image care. Subsequently, the band is confirmed as a headliner for METALITALIA.com FESTIVAL, where they performed May 17, 2014 together with At The Gates, Master (2) and others. This event definitively established their return on scenes.
