A.k.a. Ian Robert Gomm

UK recording engineer, technician and rhythm guitarist with Brinsley Schwarz and in the group from September 1970. When the group disbanded in 1975 Gomm moved to Wales, where he set up a recording studio. In addition to producing his own work, Gomm has recorded - among others - The Stranglers, Alexis Korner, Peter Hammill and Amon Duul. His career in later life certainly aided by his earlier teenage apprenticeship in mechanical and electronic engineering during his 5 years at EMI Records Ltd., in Hayes, Middlesex, UK.
