Recorded Dec 7th 1996 to Jan 9th 1997 "Goldenseal" is based loosely on an improvisation around a bass line from John Goldman, Summer 1994. Thanks to Mark Lewis and Terry Borden for helping "Hold Everything" come to life in the summer of 1995.
