Imants Kokars (born 16 August 1921, Gulbene, Latvia - died 24 November 2011, Riga, Latvia) was a Latvian choir conductor. He founded and conducted the Riga Chamber Choir "Ave Sol" as well as conducting the Dziedonis and Beverīna choirs. Father of conductor Uldis Kokars and twin brother of Gido Kokars who was also a renowned conductor.
