IN-HONG CHA conducts in a superbly balanced way an orchestra that achieves several of the best versions heard in the world, besides he can afford of interpreting, in the MASSENET recorded for this album, the violin soloist with a force which moves feelings and emotions. In this song the whole orchestra moves with him as if they were only one, nevertheless this great assembly is something reiteratedly appreciated in all the album. The quality of IN-HONG CHA as a director is evident after so many years teaching in this office at WRIGTH STATE UNIVERSITY in OHIO, UNITED STATES. At his side the great producer and pianist HILDEMARO ÁLVAREZ, who in an exercise of good musical production, engineering and knowledge of repertoire, is able to capture the best of VENEZUELAN SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA under the baton of the famous Master IN-HONG CHA. The result is an exquisite record full of delicious nuances allowing you the enjoy of a music that, although it is part of the universal repertoire, seems to be shown for the first time to the listeners who are being carried away by the sounds and the different textures that IN-HONG CHA and the OSV achieve in this disc that aptly is called: "TEXTURES FROM THE NORTH OF THE SOUTH". This work is definitely an exceptional performance achieved in VENEZUELA by a trio of greats: The VENEZUELAN SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA, Master IN-HONG CHA and musical producer HILDEMARO ÁLVAREZ. Enjoy it!
