I,TPE are a prolific performance group founded in Los Angeles in 1981. They are dedicated to preserving and performing the numerous traditional Peruvian styles of music, from the Andean region as well as the lesser-known north, south and central coasts and the Peruvian Amazon. In their performances they utilize authentic Peruvian instruments and costumes.
