Individual Minds consists of Verbal Executioners Feder, Kraze Jae & Tuffnail with musical madness courtesy of beat manipulator DJ Flip. Formed under the current line-up in early 2001 this hip-hop crew got together after Flip heard Feder busting freestyle rhymes at Fresh 2000 in Birmingham. Impressed with what he heard, Flip was introduced by Feder to the rest of the crew by way of hearing 'The Sickness' a self financed demo CD put together by the rhymers in 1999. Introductions were soon made and the band quickly started work on a number of tracks including 'Monies', 'Verbal Executions', 'F.T.O.B' (Fuck the Old Bill) and 'After A Hard Day's Work'. What looked initially like an e.p. project in between Flip's work with the Mud Family, soon expanded into an album project and full time band.
