Very shortlived musical project, not really aimed in making traditional "music" but rather childish noise. It started as a solo effort of Theo Retisch aka Graf Haufen aka Karsten Rodemann, but later also involved Tommi Prolo aka Christian Rühlicke. They both formed also the group "Die Ratten" after "Individualterroristen" was mutually considered to be too childish.
