Latvian immigrant who founded "Bräunungsstudio Malaria" in Cologne, Germany way back in the early 80ies. Bilzens focusses on Video Art, designed the record sleeve of Heiner Goebbels & Alfred Harth's Avantgarde album in 1981, co-operated a lot with the Low Spirit label at the end of the 80ies and is still active nowadays. He is also a friend of Roberts Gobziņš AKA EastBam and appears on the creditlist of EastBam's "Aka Aka".
