"Infinity is a Black Metal band from the Netherlands. With the eternal hunger for occultism, chaos and death we walk the path of the Adversary and praise the ancient gods of the abyss. Our timeless souls dwell beyond the borders of earthly dimensions and realities. We are the enemy of humanity and rebel against the holy trinity and it's weak followers. BLACK METAL IS INTOLERANCE! 1995: Infinity is formed by Balgradon, Draconis and Nebiros. 1998: After several line-up changes, gigs and the first demo “Corvus Corax” Draconis and Nebiros left the band because of personal reasons. 2001: In the winter of 2001 Balgradon recorded 4 songs in his "Vortex Studio" (Zevenhuizen, The Netherlands). After the recordings Infinity was joined by guitarist Quasar and in a few month's time several songs were written for the first full length album. 2003: “Nostalgia for the Dark Age” was released through Spectral Arts Productions (USA). Andras joined Infinity as a second guitarist. 2004: "The Birth of Death" was released through Total Holocaust Records (Sweden). 2005: "Enter thy Labyrinth of Hell" was released through Total Holocaust Records. Infinity did a mini tour with Haatstrijd, Kill and Summon in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. The LP version of "The Birth of Death" was released through Obscure Abhorrence Productions (Germany) with a special bonus EP including Immortal and Bathory covers. 2006: Quasar left Infinity. Balgradon and Andras started writing new material. Obscure Abhorrence Productions released the LP version of "Enter thy Labyrinth of Hell" with special bonus green splattered vinyl and patches. After that O.A.P. also released the LP version of "Nostalgia For The Dark Age". 2007: Balgradon and Andras composed & recorded the 4th album together. Infinity was joined again by their first guitarist Draconis. 2008: "The Arcane Wisdom Of Shadows" was released through Bloodred Horizon Records on CD and digipack. The LP version was released through Obscure Abhorrence Productions. 2009: Angaroth joined Infinity as live bass player. Infinity performed live rituals in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and in Spain. Meanwhile the songwriting for another full length album had begun. 2010: Infinity performed at Kaltenbach Open Air in Austria. 2011: Infinity and Bloodred Horizon Records parted ways. Infinity re-recorded old songs from their previous albums that were intended to be bonus tracks on the re-releases that never came out. In April Infinity performed their first live ritual on Italian ground. .2012: “Back To The Source (Summon The Black Flame)” was released through New Era Productions & Obscure Abhorrence Productions. The album contains 5 re-recorded songs and extra cover songs from Darkthrone, Immortal and Bathory. Also a digipack was released with 2 bonus video's of “The Birth Of Death” and “Back To The Source”.
